Refund.

30 days, no questions. The product is small enough that you should know in two weeks whether it earns its $15. If it doesn’t, take the refund — keep the dispute kits you already generated.

The window.

30 calendar days from the most recent monthly charge. The clock resets each month — if you’ve been a customer for six months and decide today this isn’t for you, the most recent month is refundable.

How to request.

Mail support@paidproof.appwith your account email and the Lemon Squeezy order number (the LS receipt email has it). You’ll have a refund confirmation by end of next business day. Lemon Squeezy returns funds via the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your data.

Refund cancels the subscription. The workspace stays for 30 more days in case you change your mind, then deletes. Signed contracts are kept until you explicitly close the workspace — they’re evidence rows you may need for an in-flight chargeback.

Outside the window.

Mail support@paidproof.appanyway. Long-time customers asking once usually get yes; subscriptions that have been failing or unused get auto-yes. We’d rather refund than have an unhappy line on the books.

What we don’t refund.

Charges from your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) on invoices you sent your clients. PaidProof never touches that money — those are between you and your processor.
